It&#039;s my understanding that when anything (ethnic origin, disease name, etc.) includes a proper name -- person, place, etc. -- it&#039;s capped. (I recently double-checked Caucasian and did find that it originates from the Caucases/sp, so that qualifies as well.)]]></description>
